What to Know & Bring

LODGING

We are providing 2 cabins next to each other, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 8 double beds. We will have access to 2 full kitchens with basic cookware and 2 full bathrooms. Each cabin has a smart TV, wifi, landline phone, firepit, grill, and more.

 

There are enough beds for all adults. Children over the age of 3 will be sleeping on futons. 

Quarters are tight. Please be considerate of space, particularly the bathrooms. 

Room Assignments

Cabin #4 Little Bear has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.

What To Bring

  • If you have small children, please bring a playpen or sleep area. 

  • Towel, washcloths, personal hygiene items

  • Extra pillows and blankets if wanted

  • Beach towels

FOOD

We will provide chicken, burgers, hot dogs, and steaks for two family dinners (Friday and Saturday night). This includes buns, condiments, and sauces. We are asking that each family contribute one side dish for each of the family dinners. 

Each family/individual is responsible for their own breakfast, lunch, and beverages. 

There are small grocery stores and markets in the area.

 

 

What To Bring

  • Lunch items 2 days

  • Beverages

  • Ingredients to prepare 2 side dishes for family dinner (feeding 15 people.)

  • Any adult beverages and cocktail mixes

  • Cooler, lunch boxes, or backpacks for picnicking

FUN

We are planning three family nights by the fire and one family day on the water. There are many things to do in the area, including horseback riding, fishing, water sports, mini-golf, go-karts, and more. 

Activities will have varying costs.

  • Sunscreen

  • Waterproof cases for phones

  • Life Vests (can be rented)

This is a loose agenda meant to be a guide for the weekend. We have tried to allow time for families and individuals to explore the area and activities that interest them most while saving room for group fun.

Quiet Time

7 - 9 am

Everyone is on their own for breakfast.

9 am - 4 pm

 Flexible time to explore the area and activities.

Plan or pack your own lunches.

Everyone helps prep, cook, and clean up dinner

Family day on the water. Tubig, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming.
