I am a good listener and an honest advisor, adept at adjusting my communication style to match each person I’m speaking with. I’m skilled at moving between the details and the overview, and at getting others to do the same.
Since my background includes data analytics, I’m good at tasks like deploying CRM systems and executing email marketing campaigns. I’m skilled at spotting operational weaknesses and strengthening those functions through automation, whether fine-tuning your existing workflow and software or bringing new processes online.
While many people find the alphabet soup of marketing and business management complex, I’m already familiar with various brands of CRM, CMS, LMS, email marketing, and project management software. I am a Certified Administrative Professional through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). I maintain my certifications in Keap CRM, Zoho CRM, and Hubspot Marketing, just to name a few.
